An armed woman acted in self-defense when she fatally shot a road rage 'aggressor' at a grocery store parking lot in North Carolina, the local District Attorney has said.
Stephen McLamb, 49, was shot by the unnamed woman after he allegedly followed her into the lot during the incident in Raleigh last Tuesday.
After parking up outside the Food Lion store at the Greystone Village Shopping Center, he got out of his car and approached the woman's vehicle.
